For the first time Chalo Haso will be on a Saturday as well as be showcasing some of the best comedians as well as an Improv group coming in to showcase the talents that are so well hidden within the city! Since July of 2014 Seven Bar and Restaurant and MRR Productions teamed up with UIUC Improv to bring the Lakeshore East Community live Comedy. Throughout the time that comedy was performed at Seven, it transformed from what was Improv to Sketch Comedy to Standup to what it is now. With so many shows that have been done and so many showcases performed with great comics, we are now pulling together one of the best desi showcase with the original producers of the very first showcase at Seven that we are pulling out all the stops from where it used to be. Join us for the transformation of the showcase and to relive what it was like to start a showcase here at Seven Bar and Restaurant and be a part of the historic journey that started with two guys taking a leap of faith.
